Microphones picked up Zlatan Ibrahimovic's outburst at teammate Hakan Calhanoglu last night.

AC Milan beat Benevento 2-0 at the San Siro, with Calhanoglu opening the scoring in the sixth minute before Theo Hernandez wrapped up the win in the second half.

But a clip has emerged of Ibrahimovic ranting at his colleague. In the 34th minute, Calhanoglu came up with a lovely touch on the right before crossing the ball for Rafael Leao at the far post.

Leao couldn't make anything of it and the ball went out of play for a goal kick. Ibrahimovic had made a run into the box and appeared to be absolutely fuming over not receiving the ball.

Angrily gesturing, Ibrahimovic could be heard shouting: "I don't f***ing understand you. I don't f***ing understand you!"

In the second half, the 39-year-old again looked angry after Samu Castillejo didn't make the most of his wonderful backheel to play him in behind.

With his back to goal and a defender closing in, Ibrahimovic flicked the ball up in the air and produced an outrageous no-look volley pass.

The piece of play was well and truly out of the world. There was clear frustration from Ibrahimovic, who again looked animated.

Milan are second on Serie A, with Ibrahimovic scoring 15 goals in the league for the Rossoneri.

In his second spell with the club, Ibrahimovic was recently handed a new contract that will take him beyond his 40th birthday.

"Ibrahimovic is a champion and a champion makes everyone around him raise their game. Missing him was certainly damaging to the team, but we have reacted to the difficulties and showed character," manager Stefano Pioli said last night, as per Football Italia.

"It's an advantage not to give the opposition defence a regular point to focus on, so Zlatan has this great tactical intelligence and knows how to move around trying to find the space."
