Zlatan Ibrahimovic was clocked as the second fastest player in the recent AC Milan vs Cagliari match with him hitting just under 22 miles per hour.

The Swedish Giant has made his return to Europe.

Back with his old team, AC Milan, Zlatan Ibrahimovic displayed his old abilities once again, scoring in his return and beating Cagliari 2-0.

However, the eye-popping stat was the pace Ibrahimovic showed in the game. At 38-years-old, Zlatan has never been known for his pace and more of a target-man striker with beautiful ball-control and technique.

But he showed the opposite for Milan, hitting just over 32 KM/h for the Milanese side.

The speed he hit was also the third fastest that Matchweek in the whole of Serie A, an insane feat for a 38-year-old known for anything besides his pace for the past 10 years.

Leading the line alongside Rafael Leao, the veteran striker didn't look at all off the pace despite being away from European football for two years.

In fact, Ibrahimovic was key to securing Milan's first win in their last four matches.

Scoring for the first time since his return, he doubled the visitors' advantage following Leao's 46th-minute opener.
