The Champions League Group Stage finished on Wednesday and now we know all 16 teams who will go through to the knockout stages.

On Wednesday night Bayern Munich defeated Spurs 3-1 to finish with the most goals in a Champions League group but both sides already knew they were through.

The big story came from Ukraine where Atalanta's win over Shakhtar Donetsk meant they became the first team to lose all of their first three games and make it through to the knockout stages (Newcastle United had previously lost their first three but qualified for a second group stage).

Atalanta's big turnaround also means for the first time in the competitions history all the teams in the next round are from England, Spain, Italy, France and Germany, the big five leagues.

When is the draw for the last 16?

The draw takes place on Monday December 16th at UEFA Headquarters in Nyon, Switzerland.

The last 16 will be drawn at 11 am UK time, which is 12 pm Swiss time.

Where can I watch?

UEFA usually stream the draw live on their YouTube page, website and social media accounts but they're yet to confirm the details.

Who has qualified?

PSG
Bayern Munich
Juventus
Atletico Madrid
Real Madrid
Manchester City
Atalanta
Spurs
Barcelona
RB Leipzig
Napoli
Liverpool
Borussia Dortmund
Lyon
Valencia
Chelsea

Who can play who?

The team finishing top of the group get to avoid each other, with the top seeds also playing the first leg of the last 16 at home.

Teams from the same country will still be kept apart so Spurs and Chelsea can't be drawn with Manchester City and Liverpool.
