Liverpool are making a real statement in this transfer window, and it's not just those who are arriving from other clubs.

Jurgen Klopp's side have already snapped up the likes of Alisson, Fabinho and Naby Keita in recent weeks meanwhile the contract renewals of Mohamed Salah and Roberto Firmino on huge five-year contracts show how ambitious they really are.

Firmino penned a new deal at the end of April while Salah committed his future to the club in July, but for many Liverpool fans, the question mark over Sadio Mane's future has concerned some.

Well, according to Melissa Reddy, Mane is due to follow his teammates in signing a new five-year deal.

It's just another piece of good news for Mane, who was told last week that he would be wearing the famous number 10 shirt ahead of the new campaign.

As mentioned earlier, Mohamed Salah penned a new deal after his sensational 44-goal season at Anfield.

There were of course a fair amount of rumours that the Egyptian would leave for pastures now but Liverpool officially announced the extension of their talisman at the start of July.

Thanks to his incredible heroics, which included breaking the record for the most goals in a 38-game Premier League season and saw him win prestigious individual awards such as the Golden Boot and PFA Player of the Year, Salah has been rewarded with a new lucrative deal.

Upon signing for the club in a £36.9 million deal from Roma, Salah's wages were said to be around £100,000 per week.

Liverpool mean serious business, this season.
