The report suggests the Premier League side are close to securing a £11 million deal.
Norwich had initially turned down the clubs £5 million bid. Though Huddersfield, hellbent on snapping up the pacey winger, tabled a second bid which appears to be accepted.
Pritchard, 24, has reportedly agreed a four-and-a-half year contract with the transfer nearing to a completion.
