Bellingham finished runner-up to Pedri, with Mendes finishing in fourth place.
Jamal Musiala, Mason Greenwood, Bukayo Saka, Florian Wirtz, Ryan Gravenberch, Jeremy Doku and Giovanni Reyna made up the top ten.
Speaking after winning the Kopa Trophy, Pedri singled out Messi and talked up Bellingham and Musiala.
"Messi has helped me a lot, both on and off the pitch. I appreciate everything I've learned from him." said the Spain international.
"Winning these awards is a source of pride and makes you want to keep working to do better.
"The key to adapting myself so quickly at Barça has been the captains with their help.
"I have also been a huge fan my entire life. I am looking forward to entering the pitch with Xavi as the coach, who has very clear ideas.
"There are talented young players in the squad. Barça are doing things well."
Pedri added: "I hope I can win the Ballon d'Or one day. But I know that it is very far away and that I have to work a lot so that one day I can get there.
"I'm glad to see players like Nico or Gavi. They are there because they deserve it.
There are young players who are smashing it worldwide like Bellingham or Musiala. I love seeing players like that. I wish them the best."
