Neymar was adjudged to have been fouled inside the box with Kuipers pointing to the spot. Though his decision was overturned through VAR.

Neymar, still fuming with the decision, then responded angrily in his next interaction with the Dutch referee.

Kuipers laid a hand on Neymar's chest who said: "Don't touch me."
