Germany posted a classy full-time Tweet following defeat to South Korea at the 2018 World Cup.

Joachim Low's charges started their Russian adventure by losing to Mexico, and finished their campaign with another 'L' thanks to South Korea's heroics who scored two goals without reply against the Germans.

Naturally, social media well and truly blew up including a brilliant post from Germany's official national team account.

"As much as it hurts to bow out this early, congratulations to SWE and MEX We wish you good luck in the knockouts".
