Robert Lewandowski clearly wasn't happy with Willie Collum's performance in last night's Champions League quarter-final against Sevilla... as he left the stadium with a painful black eye.

Bayern sealed their spot in the semi-finals with a 0-0 draw over Sevilla at the Allianz Arena, with Jupp Heynckes' side progressing after they won the first leg 2-1 in Spain.

However, it seems their entry into the next stage came at a price... at least for Lewandowski.

As is so often the case, Scottish whistler Collum was right at the heart of the action last night, causing controversy after he refused to punish Sevilla's Gabriel Mercado for clobbering Lewandowski in the face.

And the Poland international's Instagram story would seem to suggest that he's still frustrated with Collum's decision making, as he showed off his wounds from the game.

Collum's performance wasn't the only one under the microscope last night, with English referee Michael Oliver also causing controversy by awarding Real Madrid a crucial penalty kick and then showing a red card to Juventus goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon.

Collum will be the referee for this weekend's Scottish Cup semi-final clash between Celtic and Rangers at Hampden... here's hoping he escapes from that one without being taunted on social media.

Here's how Twitter reacted to his performance, last night
