I've come across a number of incredible transformations in my time, most notably when Petr Cech arrived to Arsenal's pre-season training camp looking like Arnold Schwarzenegger in his prime.

But Bayern Munich and Poland forward Robert Lewandowski has outdone them all this afternoon with a physique worthy of a massive round of applause.
Lewandowski, who clearly spent every minute of his winter break in the gym getting hench, arrived to Bayern training looking absolutely huge and plenty of people noticed the clear difference.
"Apparently, Robert Lewandowski spent his winter break in the gym. Every single minute of it"

If you look back at some of Lewandwoski's photos on Instagram in recent months, you can see the big difference in his physique now compared to snaps taken in 2018.
But clearly the gym sessions have paid off. Just take a look at some of his latest social media posts. Hard work.
For example, the following images below were taken in July and August:
Last year, it was thought that Lewandowski would leave Bayern after his agent Pini Zahavi revealed how his client was seeking a summer swap, and also claimed the club are aware of his decision.
"Robert feels he needs a change and a new challenge in his career," he said via Goal.
"The managers of Bayern know about it."
Clearly his situation in Munich has changed since those comments, and the Polish forward has bagged 22 goals in 28 games so far in the 2018/19 season.
