The FIFA Best Awards gave us some controversial moments in terms of award winners, but the fact that Mohamed Salah scooped the Puskas for a slightly better than average finish was the biggest talking point.
Salah's goal in the Merseyside Derby somehow beat Gareth Bale's spectacular overhead kick against Liverpool AND Cristiano Ronaldo's equally impressive acrobatics against Juventus, causing a bit of a stir among fans after the ceremony in London.

Even teammate James Milner took to Twitter to sarcastically congratulate his teammate for his "seventh best goal from last season winning goal of the year."
Did he really deserve the gong?
The fact that Queen of the South midfielder Gary Harkins scored the exact same goal as Salah three weeks ago, without any media coverage in the slightest, shows how this could be one of the worst Puskas goals of all time.

Of course, the Puskas award is based from fan votes, with Salah, who is one of the most popular figures in world football, coming out victorious having garnered an impressive 38% of the vote.
Some even say Harkins' goal against Ayr is better than Salah's.
Thoughts? Is the QOTS midfielder's goal better than Salah's?
