Jamie Vardy didn't exactly do much against the Netherlands last night. In fact, he literally didn't do anything at all.
In one of the most uninspiring performances we've seen down the years. the Leicester City striker was on the field for 22 minutes against Ronald Koeman's side, but he managed to record a quite extraordinary stat.
Gareth Southgate must have been eager to see the 31-year-old in action, but Vardy somehow didn't manage to touch the ball once.

How is this actually possible?!
The former Fleetwood forward has been in scintillating form for his club in recent weeks, but the likes of Jordan Henderson and Alex Oxlade Chamberlain couldn't find Vardy in attacking positions.
Eric Dier, who came on in the 89th minute, even managed to get a touch of the ball.
Plenty noticed the fact that Vardy failed to make an impression against the likes of Virgil van Dijk.
Do you think Vardy should start at the World Cup in the summer?
