After 16 consecutive World Cups, world champions Germany are going home.
That's right. Before this tournament a Germany side had never been knocked out at the World Cup group stage since 1938, but in an incredibly disappointing campaign for Joachim Low's side, they will bow out of the tournament with just four points.
You've got to admit, though, they didn't deserve to reach the round of 16. I'm sure even those on the pitch would admit that.
Sweden's Ludwig Augustinsson put his side ahead against Mexico and in return, he sank Germany's hopes of progressing.
