Gareth Southgate has quite the selection dilemma, with Mason Mount available and Bukayo Saka as well as Grealish staking a claim for another start following their starring roles against the Czech Republic.
But despite the Aston Villa star's shining role in attack, Neville would NOT start him against Germany.
The Euro 2020 pundit has personally opted for five at the back, which includes wing-backs to 'engage' with Germany's.

He'd continue with Declan Rice and Kalvin Phillips in midfield, while sticking with Raheem Sterling and Saka - not to mention Harry Kane up front.
So, no place for Phil Foden and Grealish who created England's only goal on Tuesday.
Needless to say, Neville's team sent social media wild - including a tweet from Jack Wilshere.
One wrote: "No Grealish? Are you mad he's already won the most free kicks out of anybody and set up Sterling's goal."

A second argued: "Saka not experienced enough for this big game."
A third commented: "Just when you think Southgate is a negative manager out pop Neville with this side! This is embarrassing, no other country would leave out both Foden and Grealish!"
Saka and Grealish performed brilliantly against Czech Republic, with fans and critics alike showering them with praise following their tournament outing.
Will they keep their place in the starting XI against Germany? Let us know what you think.
