Payet managed to get his wish of leaving West Ham for Marseille a few months back after going on strike and the Ligue One side also signed Patrice Evra from Juventus.

They do also say that signing his Arsenal teammate Laurent Koscielny isn't seen as impossible.
The more likely addition is target Moussa Sissoko, who has struggled to make an impact at Tottenham after Spurs forked out £35 million for him.

Basically, the French side want to bring a load of French internationals back to France. Roma striker Edin Dzeko and Juventus striker Mario Mandzukic have also been linked.
It could be quite an expensive summer, but if the Phocians want to seriously challenge at the top of the league again, that's what they'll need to do.
They have the money available, after all.
