Chelsea defender Marcos Alonso is just seven wins away from being the player to have recorded the most consecutive wins in the Premier League.
Antonio Conte's side are currently on an impressive run where they have recorded 10 straight victories and sit at the top of the Premier League table, six points ahead of Liverpool in second.
And it's even better record for Alonso. The Spaniard is currently on a 14 match-winning streak in the Premier League. The games have not come all at once though, with Alonso returning to Fiorentina after a productive loan spell with Sunderland at the back-end of the 2013/14 season.

Dec 3, 2016: Man City 1-3 Chelsea
Dec 11, 2016: Chelsea 1-0 West Brom
Dec 14, 2016: Sunderland 0-1 Chelsea
A win over Crystal Palace at the weekend would see Alonso climb to joint-third in the rankings for players to have recorded the most consecutive Premier League wins. Should Chelsea overcome The Eagles in Saturday's early kick-off, Alonso will be on the same level as Gary Neville and Nicky Butt, who both started in 15 wins on the trot at different points in their Manchester United careers.
There's another Manchester United representative in second place in Park-Ji Sung, with his 16 straight wins coming in the 2007/08 season.

It's another Chelsea player who holds the record. Arjen Robben, now at Bayern Munich, won 20 games in a row when he started - his last Premier League win came on 15 January 2006.
If Alonso starts and Chelsea are victorious in their next outing, he will be five shy off Robben's record. Wins over Palace, Bournemouth, Stoke, Tottenham, champions Leicester City and Hull City will see Alonso surpass the record - depending on whether he does indeed start of course.
