Manchester United have a budding star on their hands in the shape of Scott McTominay, and Nemanja Matic has heaped special praise on the youngster while offering a brilliant promise.
The 20-year-old was selected in United's starting XI against Benfica in the Champions League on Tuesday.
It was his home debut on a European night. But the occasions didn't phase the midfielder. McTominay starred in the engine room of the pitch alongside summer signing Matic.

And the Serbian is tipping McTominay for a bright future.
"I think Scott is going to be a great player and already is a great player," he told MUTV.
"He's very young, very talented and physically strong. I'm sure he is the future of Manchester United and I enjoy playing with him because he also works really hard and is very confident.
"I'm going to help him in training because I think with his potential he's going to be a big star for Manchester United," Matic added.

Speaking to BT Sports after the game, McTominay describes his dream debut.
"Obviously as a young boy growing up at United, you dream of playing in the Champions League for the team and to get my full start was a dream for me and I'm just made up we've got the three points and a clean sheet.
He added: "Obviously after all of those years growing up in the Academy and watching the first-team players and learning from them, these nights are brilliant."
The Portuguese gaffer has instilled plenty of confidence in the Lancaster-born player who continued to sing his praise.
