The ceremony was held in Dubai as the Globe Soccer Awards branded the Spaniard as "one of the best coaches in the history of football."
Guardiola started his managerial career at Barcelona B in 2007 and would later succeed Frank Rijkaard as senior team manager in 2008.
And the 49-year-old would achieve incredible success at the Camp Nou as he lifted three La Liga titles, two Copa del Reys, three Spanish Super Cups and two Champions Leagues.

The former Barca boss won three Bundesliga titles and two German Cups before leaving for City in 2016.
Guardiola, again, has continued his success in England and led City to the Premier League title with a record-breaking 100 league points in his second season in charge.
The City manager won his second league title in the following season en route to completing a historic domestic treble in men's football.
Real Madrid manager Zinedine Zidane claimed earlier this year that Guardiola remains the best coach in world football right now.
"He's shown it at Barcelona, Bayern Munich and Manchester City," the 48-year-old Frenchman said.
"There are a lot of [top] coaches, but I think it's him [who is the best manager in the world]."
In other Globe Soccer Awards news, Los Blancos were named the 'Club of the Century' and Juventus superstar Cristiano Ronaldo was awarded 'Player of the Century.'
