Manchester United youngster Charlie McNeill has endeared himself to the Old Trafford club after scoring and showing some serious disrespect against Leeds United.

The young striker opened the scoring in a 4-0 win for United's Under 18's at Carrington on Thursday morning, cheekily slotting a Panenka penalty down the middle less than seven minutes in.

If that wasn't enough, he then decided to channel his inner Antoine Griezmann by busting out the 'Take the L' celebration made famous on battle royale game Fortnite.

McNeill followed up his first goal with a superb second for the Premier League U18s North league leaders. After latching onto a ball in behind, he displayed remarkable composure to round the goalkeeper and supply a gorgeous finish from a tight angle.

The 17-year-old has scored four goals in seven appearances in the Under 18 Premier League this term, after arriving from rivals Manchester City in a big money youth transfer in the summer.

McNeill is a United supporter and spent the first part of his development with his boyhood club before continuing to score goals for fun at City after a 2014 switch.

He rejected a professional contract at City after finding opportunities hard to come by in the Under 18 set-up.

In total, he's scored over 600 goals at youth level and United could end up paying £1.35million for his services.
