Real Madrid's Luka Modric Set To Become 17th Winner Of The Golden Foot Award

Luka Modric is set to be awarded the 2019 Golden Foot - a prestigious individual award that Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi have yet to win.

The Golden Foot award is handed out to the best performing players over the age of 29 and it's in its 17th year.

Past winners include Ronaldo Nazário, Ronaldinho and Zlatan Ibrahimovic, among many others. But both Messi and Ronaldo have failed to be crowned the Golden Foot winner.
