Liverpool's Sadio Mane Scoops Player Of The Month Award

Liverpool forward Sadio Mane has picked up the PFA Player of the Month award for August and September combined.

Since becoming the 3789th player to join Liverpool from Southampton in the summer, Mane has slotted in seamlessly in the Reds side and scored three goals in his first five goals with the club.

He is also yet to taste defeat with his new club; Liverpool's only defeat this season coming against Burnley in August; a game Mane sat out through injury.

The £36m man is already proving to be a vital cog in Jurgen Klopp's Liverpool machine and him picking up the fan-voted Player of the Month accolade is evidence of how quickly he has adapted to life at Anfield.

He bested the likes of Kevin De Bruyne and Diego Costa to win the award.
