Leroy Sane Pictured Back In Training, Everyone Makes The Same Joke

Leroy Sane was pictured back in Manchester City training today and it's sent social media into overdrive.

The German winger was on the receiving end of a horrible tackle from Cardiff City's Joe Bennett in the FA Cup away win in January and was forced off, with the diagnosis showing he had damaged ligaments in his ankle and was set for a six or seven week lay-off.

City were so concerned about his injury that they tried and failed to sign Riyad Mahrez on deadline day, with the Algerian now AWOL from Leicester City.

Sane was wearing a protective boot on his leg and using crutches to walk for City's last home game, a 3-0 win over West Brom that he watched from the sidelines.

However, to the surprise of everyone, Sane, along with John Stones and Phil Foden, was snapped in training today and featured in a gallery on City's official website.

Needless to say, everyone was making the same joke related to the conspiracy surrounding Pep, City and doping:

Of course, it could just be that Sane was out with the rest of the group, but it's looking positive on the injury front. We await to see what Guardiola has to say about it in his pre-match press conference ahead of the visit of Leicester.
