Neymar was at his electrifying best in the 2013 FIFA Confederations Cup, producing a masterclass to beat THAT Spain team at 21.

Leading up to the Confederations Cup, Barcelona snapped up the Brazilian phenom who showed his worth by delivering one of the best tournaments of all-time in international football.

He scored four goals and picked up the Golden Ball award as Brazil won the Confederations Cup following a scintillating run on home soil.

Neymar scored one of the goals of the tournament with a sensational volley against Japan, performed a stunning assist against Mexico and bagged an outrageous free-kick versus Italy.

Brazil's pin-up boy then ran the show in the semi-finals, starring for his national team to send them through to the final against then world champions Spain.

He bagged a rocket of a goal and wreaked havoc as he destroyed one of the greatest international football teams in history.

Naturally, his performances during the tournament in 2013 got fans reminiscing.

Of course, the superstar forward went onto play for Barcelona where he won a host of trophies including the Champions League title.
