It Looks Like Arsenal Fans Have Given Up On The Title

Seems a bit early...

Arsenal fans would not have been happy on Sunday as their team managed to find a way to lose to a much depleted Manchester United but hopes must have been raised by Leicester dropping points last night. Well it seems that wasn't the case!

Arsenal's loss put them three points behind rivals Spurs in second and five behind Leicester at the top of the table with a game in hand over the Foxes. With a match against relegation threatened Swansea tonight and the North London derby on Saturday surely it's not all over yet?

It seems that, despite having a great chance to win the league for the first time since 2004, quite a lot of Arsenal fans have given up the title dream already. That's based on the amount of empty seats at the Emirates tonight:

In fairness it might be to do with the fact that Arsenal fans pay roughly half a million pounds for every game or perhaps it's a protest against Arsene Wenger dropping Theo Walcott to the bench after his brilliant display against United on Sunday...

Considering they're currently struggling to beat Swansea tonight maybe the fans have a point!
