#FixCareerMode Trends On Twitter On FIFA 20 Launch Day

Not the best look for EA Sports...

FIFA players have got #FIFACareerMode trending as they try and make EA Sports aware of issues with FIFA 20.

After all the build-up, the latest installment in the FIFA franchise was released worldwide today but already gamers are complaining about the new game, specifically a slew of bugs when it comes to one of its most popular game modes.

Weirdly, one of the pressing problems has seen top level teams playing their reserves in their biggest games and it leading to unrealistic league tables whereby the likes of Manchester City and Spurs are being relegated.

Another issue raised is overalls and positions changing when you go into edit a player.

Twitter user @coaleebrie compiled together an in-depth list of the many problems he and other gamers have come across.

And while #FIFAFriday was the trend EA would have liked to have been circulating today, instead it's a wholly negative reaction to the game.

A whole host of fans believe they've been ripped off, accusing EA of only caring about Ultimate Team and the money they are making from that specific mode.

Unhappy with what they deem to be false advertising, some fans are stating they will not be buying this year's game - with others already wanting a refund:

By now those high up at EA will almost definitely be aware of the negative feedback and so it's only right that patch things up right away.

Thoughts on FIFA 20 so far?
