Jack Grealish has helped out a young Aston Villa fan with a rare genetic skin disorder by gifting him a signed PlayStation 5.
Pride of Britain award winner Moin Younis took to Twitter on Thursday and asked if anyone had the console available on launch day.
The PS5 proved to be immensely popular and had sold out across the country. But Villa captain Grealish couldn't let the 20-year-old's plea go unnoticed.

Moin received his PS5 courtesy of Grealish, who signed the box with a personal message.
It read: "To my brother Moin, a little early Christmas present for ya!! Enjoy bro. Love ya mate, from Jacky 10."
Moin captioned the image with: "Just had this delivered and a little message from Villa captain @jackgrealish. Can't believe life right now. Thank you soooo much bro I can't even tell you on post how much I appreciate this."

Grealish first met Moin back in 2017 and donated £1,500 alongside other players to aid his battle against Epidermolysis Bullosa.
Fans have reacted to the 25-year-old's gesture and they all agree it is an incredibly classy move.

Grealish has been away with Gareth Southgate's England squad in the international break and shone, particularly against Belgium.
The Three Lions lost 2-0 but Grealish's attacking flair meant he stood out against a tough opponent.
"There's been no nerves, I've just been so excited and wanted to start," he told Sky Sports. "But I'm obviously gutted we didn't get the win.
"I watch loads of clips. I watched clips of [Kevin] De Bruyne, clips of [Philippe] Coutinho. Players that are in my position really.

"That's what I've done since I was a little kid and I still do it to this day. I have no shame in saying that. That's what gets me going for football matches."
