Football fans invaded the pitch after the final whistle blew on Bayern Munich's 2-1 defeat to Real Madrid, with French winger seen Franck Ribery having to fight off fervent supporters as his shirt is pulled from off his back.
The result sees the La Liga giants take those precious two away goals to the Santiago Bernabéu for the return fixture in the Champions League contest and yet the game will be remembered more for the unsightly goings-on when the referee called full-time.

In a bid to get closer to the football stars, several supporters came onto the pitch and started trying to get selfies with their heroes.

One succeeded and got his picture taken with Marcelo, Sergio Ramos and Toni Kroos before he was caught by stewards and escorted off the pitch.
That's before the stewards intervened and chased the invading fans off and pitch.
Veteran Bayern attacker Ribery then had to fend off a supporter who attempted to rip the shirt of the play, having ripped off his own in celebration of accessing the pitch.

Cristiano Ronaldo became one of the targets of the supporters. In footage he is seen with two cradling around him, before the security chase the fans away from him.
Both the Portugal international and Brazilian wing-back Marcelo seemed surprise at the ease in which the supporters made it on the Allianz Arena and things even became comical when one topless supporter ran around the pitch while emulating a goal-scoring celebration.
