Arsenal fans were dealt another blow on Saturday, having to watch their team lose 2-1 to Everton at Goodison Park.

The Gunners' terrible form continued on weekend, with manager Mikel Arteta surely worried for his job after the defeat.

The north Londoners haven't won in seven matches, and are now languishing in 15th in the Premier League - just five points above the relegation zone.

Things didn't look good from the start on Merseyside, with an own goal from Rob Holding putting Everton ahead in the 22nd minute.

A clumsy challenge from Tom Davies allowed Arsenal back into it just over ten minutes later, with the midfielder giving away a penalty when he brought down Ainsley Maitland-Niles in the box.

Nicolas Pepe scored from the spot to make it equal, but this didn't last very long. Yerry Mina headed home from Gylfi Sigurdsson's corner right before half time to put the Toffees back in the lead.

Arsenal rallied in the second half, but weren't able to score - making it another bad evening for Arteta.

Fans were quick to jump on the coach, with AFTV one of the many to show their disillusionment on Twitter.

How much longer will Arteta last?
