Arsenal are set to complete stunning deadline day moves for David Luiz and Kieran Tierney as the Gunners have 'reached agreements' for both players.
According to BBC Sport's David Ornstein, the Gunners will complete the signing of the Chelsea centre-back, 32, on a two-year deal for a fee worth around £8m.
And the Gunners will reinforce their defence with the capture of Tierney, 22, from Celtic on a five-year deal for a fee of around £25m.
Arsenal have been heavily linked with the Celtic left-back in recent months as Unai Emery prepares to reinforce his defensive options ahead of the new season.

The Gunners signed William Saliba, 18, from Saint-Etienne
last month, but have loaned him out to the French side for the beginning of the
new Ligue 1 season.
Emery's side have also captured midfielder Dani Ceballos in
a loan deal from Real Madrid and forward Gabriel Martinelli from Brazilian side
Ituano.
But Arsenal's big marquee summer signing came after they snubbed Wilfried Zaha and smashed their club-record transfer fee to snap up Nicolas Pepe for £72m.

Gunners boss Emery, 47, admitted that he wanted to add to
his defence before the transfer window shuts.
"We want our supporters to be happy, to be the best team with the best players," the Spaniard said.
"We tried to sign some important and expensive players for our defence, but we cannot do that and other second line players don't make us really, really convinced to sign them.

"We have centre-backs, we also have one young one in Dino Mavropanos, with everyone speaking about him and how he can improve, and Rob Holding, but if we can in the last day we are going to try to sign another centre-back with the capacity to help us, so we can have a good balance with attacking and defending players."
Gunners legend Martin Keown has urged Arsenal to pull the plug on Luiz after labelling the player as "high risk."
