Chelsea Win The FA Cup Following 1-0 Win Over Manchester United

Chelsea have won the FA Cup for the eighth time in their history following a 1-0 win over Manchester United at Wembley.
Antonio Conte's side ended the Premier League season in extremely poor fashion but they were by far the better side in the first half and went 1-0 up through Eden Hazard's ice cool penalty 22 minutes in.
The diminutive Belgian found himself racing clear past Phil Jones and the England defender was never getting anywhere near him.
In an attempt to win the ball from behind, the England defender mistimed his challenge and allowed Hazard to send David De Gea the wrong way.
United improved in second half, dominating for large spells and forcing Thibaut Courtois into a flurry of fine saves.
But the Blues stood firm to give Antonio Conte his first knockout cup competition win as a manager - as well as compounding former manager Jose Mourinho to a trophyless season at Old Trafford and his first defeat in an English cup final.
Here's the pick of reaction on social media:
8 - Chelsea have won their 8th FA Cup and their first since 2012, level with Tottenham - only Man Utd (12) and Arsenal (13) have won more. Carefree. #FACupFinal pic.twitter.com/zdMQgpIAcg
