There were reports that Antonio Conte was growing frustrated with Chelsea's lack of transfer activity so far, but things appear to be progressing nicely now.

The signing of goalkeeper Willy Caballero, released by Manchester City, on a free transfer is said to be a done deal, with only an official announcement remaining, while two huge deals for Monaco midfielder Tiemoué Bakayoko and Juventus left-back Alex Sandro are nearing completion.

Conte is clearly not going to stop there though, as he looks to take up his title-winning Chelsea side up another gear for next season.

Darren Lewis from The Mirror reports that Chelsea are considering a move for Sevilla winger Vitolo as Conte looks to add extra quality to his attack.

The 27-year old, who has been capped 11 times for Spain and has found the net on four occasions, netted six goals and registered 10 assists in all competitions last term.

He predominantly plays as a left-sided player, cutting in on his right foot, but is versatile and can occupy a variety of roles.

The former Las Palmas man has been heavily linked with a move to Atletico Madrid, but the club's transfer ban has made it much more difficult to thrash out a deal has a £35 million release clause in his contract, meaning Chelsea are likely to be in a better position to recruit him.

Vitolo, who won the Europa League three times on the trot with Sevilla, would give the Premier League champions an extra option going forward, easing the burden currently placed on Pedro and Eden Hazard in the Blues' side.

With Champions League football next term, Chelsea need a deeper squad and Vitolo, real name Victor Machín Pérez, is one name the Stamford Bridge club have their eyes on.
