Chelsea And Arsenal Ready To Poach Manchester United Star For Only £10m
Chelsea and Arsenal are ready to make a move for a Manchester United star in January.
Both Gunners boss Unai Emery and Blues manager Maurizio Sarri have had a successful start at their respective clubs, but they are looking to lure one of the Red Devils' youngsters away from Old Trafford.
According to the Metro, both Chelsea and Arsenal have a keen interest in securing the signature of Andreas Pereira.
The 22-year-old Brazilian midfielder has had limited appearances under José Mourinho this season.
While the United star might be out of contract at the end of the season, the club have the ability to activate a 12-month extension if they choose.
However, the Sunday Mirror suggests that United have opened the door for Pereira to be shown the door next month.
The newspaper also adds that both Premier League sides could secure the Brazilian international for only £10 million plus add-ons.
Pereira's current situation has attracted interest from Valencia, who took him on loan in the previous season. It looks like the Spanish club might challenge Arsenal and Chelsea for Pereira in January.
That's an awful team selection. How on earth does McTominay warrant a place in this side over Andreas Pereira, who isn't even in the squad. All the excitement for Dalot for no reason too.- The Man Utd Way (@TheManUtdWay) 1 December 2018

How McTominay is still getting anywhere near the first team is beyond me. This is the perfect game for Andreas Pereira, and yet again, he's not in the squad.- DILLINGER :japanese_ogre: (@DillanMUFC) 1 December 2018
I hope Andreas Pereira doesn't leave in January- K. (@UnitedKSJ) 25 November 2018
Was fantastic on the US tour, just needs a manager that will play him consistently in one position
Should United sell Pereira?
