Borussia Dortmund's Yellow Wall Create Incredible Display Ahead Of Barcelona Game

You can always count on Borussia Dortmund fans to produce on a European night at Signal Iduna Park but Tuesday's display from the Yellow Wall was absolutely out of this world.

As Dortmund and visitors Barcelona walked out on the pitch ahead of tonight's 0-0 draw, thousands of fans behind the goal in the Kop created a stunning visual effect to spell out 'BVB'.

Take a look at this:

It's a shame that the game didn't live up to the billing as it ended in a 0-0 draw.

As far as fan displays go, nobody comes close to Borussia Dortmund. Back in 2017, the most passionate fans in the world revealed a stunning artistic creation to inspire their heroes to a round of 16 win over Benfica.

The banner brilliantly referenced when the two teams met back in 1963, when Dortmund recovered from a 2-1 first leg deficit in a first round European Cup tie to hammer Benfica 5-0 in the second leg - while newspaper reports from the game were also featured in the tifo.

Dortmund fans are encouraged to turn up in their thousands and make some serious noise. In June, newspaper Ruhr Nachrichten reported the club terminated 500 season tickets for those who didn't go to at least seven of the 17 Bundesliga home games at Signal Iduna Park.

It's a bit brutal but you can definitely understand why BVB made the decision.
