Know wonder Adam Lallana has insane energy levels, just look at what he goes through!
The Liverpool midfielder is enjoying a brilliant season with both club and country. The England international was recently awarded with the national player of the year.
As well as that prestigious award, Lallana is on scintillating form for his club including performances highlighting his crazy fitness.
The 28-year-old is covering every blade of grass having topped the tables in terms of distance covered per league games.

What's more, he did it twice in the space of 44-hours following their matches against Manchester City then Sunderland.
And speaking to the clubs official website, Lallana detailed the nutritional aspect of being a footballer by revealing the absurd amount of food he intakes.
Here's what he ate in the 24-hours between the conclusion of the City game to touching down in the North-East the next day:
- A plate of pasta straight after the Manchester City game in the dressing room.

- An even BIGGER plate of pasta accompanied with meat when he gets home.
- Toast in bed when he wakes up.
- Followed by a bowl of Weetabix and a fruit.
- Two bacon and egg sandwiches prepped by his old man.

- MORE pasta with chicken and vegetables after a recovery session.
- Two sandwiches filled with meat, and a yogurt after arriving at the team hotel in Sunderland.
