Manchester United travel to face Tottenham in the Premier League on Wednesday night in a huge match in the race for Champions League football next season.

United currently occupy fourth place and are six points ahead of the seventh-place Tottenham, having played two games less than the north London club.

Spurs almost certainly need to win to keep alive their hopes of a top-four finish this season.

But they head into the match off the back of a 6-1 mauling at the hands of Newcastle.

Tottenham changed their interim head coach in the wake of that defeat, with Ryan Mason replacing Cristian Stellini - who was placed in charge of the team after Antonio Conte's departure last month.

Now, a key piece of team news has been 'leaked' ahead of the game.

Man Utd team news 'leaked'

According to Twitter account @rxnpixels, of popular United YouTube channel The United Stand, Bruno Fernandes is set to start the game at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Furthermore, the same account claims that both Luke Shaw and Victor Lindelof are set to start in United's defence, having both played in the FA Cup semi-final penalty shootout win over Brighton.

If confirmed, the start for Fernandes will come as a huge boost for United, who have been sweating over his fitness since he picked up an ankle injury against Brighton.

This is a breaking news story from the team at SPORTbible and will be updated in due course. In the meantime, please follow us on our various social channels for the latest information on this story.
