Manchester Unuted are back in action today following yesterday's narrow defeat to Atletico Madrid in Oslo.

New manager Erik ten Hag will sit in the Old Trafford dugout for the first time as his side take on La liga's Rayo Vallecano in the Reds final pre-season friendly.

Following the defeat to Madrid, ten Hag had harsh words for his squad.

"In the end it's about the result, and the score was not good," he told MUTV.

"You have to take benefits if you create chances. I think we created many chances, to produce at least one goal — that point, I am not satisfied. I have told the team it is not acceptable."

The Dutchman will no doubt be hoping for a strong response from his side in today's match.

New signing Tyrell Malacia started against Atletico, while Christian Eriksen featured off the bench. You can expect to see them on the pitch in some form for today's game.

Lisandro Martinez didn't play yesterday, but will be eager to get some minutes under his belt at Old Trafford ahead of next weekend's Premier League opener against Brighton.
