New manager Erik ten Hag will sit in the Old Trafford dugout for the first time as his side take on La liga's Rayo Vallecano in the Reds final pre-season friendly.
Following the defeat to Madrid, ten Hag had harsh words for his squad.
"In the end it's about the result, and the score was not good," he told MUTV.
"You have to take benefits if you create chances. I think we created many chances, to produce at least one goal — that point, I am not satisfied. I have told the team it is not acceptable."
The Dutchman will no doubt be hoping for a strong response from his side in today's match.
