Aitch appears to reveal Man Utd's new kit three days early at Glastonbury

United are set to unveil their new home shirt for the 2023/24 season on Tuesday but British rapper Aitch seems to have done it already.

British rapper Aitch appears to have ruined Manchester United's official kit launch for next season, by wearing the new shirt on stage at Glastonbury.

It is very much a period of uncertainty for United fans as they continue to wait to find out what will happen in the ongoing takeover saga.

There seems to be little actual progress at getting Old Trafford away from the Glazer family with no confirmation of who will be the preferred bidders.

It certainly can't be helping Erik ten Hag's quest to close the gap on Manchester City and his ability to make transfers, even if they have had three offers for Mason Mount rejected.

More uncertainty reigns at the club with no one quite sure what's going to happen to David de Gea with the goalkeepers contract having run out.

Andre Onana looks to be the preferred choice to replace the Spaniard but there is still a chance the current number one could remain there.

Over the past few years the only thing that has been certain at United is that the club will find a way to embarrass itself, on or off the pitch.

And the latest such occasion seems to have come at Glastonbury with celebrity fan Aitch appearing to wear the new kit during his set on the Pyramid Stage on Saturday.

It's embarrassing because during the week the club excitedly announced in a statement that they would unveil the new home shirt this coming Tuesday, June 27th, but Aitch appears to have done it already, as you can see in the video below.

"Aitch wearing the new United top at Glastonbury before it’s been released sums United up," one fan said.

"Aitch with the new Manchester United home shirt at Glastonbury. Will there be legal implications to it from Manchester United’s side?", questioned a second.

A third laughed: "Aitch spoiling the official reveal of the new United top by wearing it on stage at Glasto."

Another supporter clearly enjoyed it, replying: "Aitch pulling out the new united shirt and putting it on whilst performing, sexxxxxyyyyyyy."

"Not aitch putting on a united top at glasto. We’re huge!!!!", commented another, taking it positively.

Aitch giving live spoilers of the new United jersey. I mean we knew how the jersey looks like but still revealed it 3 days early," replied a sixth.

It's not the first time a celebrity has been spotted in United merch on Saturday, with Kanye West seen in a retro jumper from the club.

Some fans believed it was a sign the American wanted to buy the club but others worried it'll be the latest Kanye curse to hit sports.
