Borussia Dortmund are interested in bringing Hannibal Mejbri to the Westfalenstadion this summer, according to reports, and fans agree it would make sense under one condition.
The 20-year-old attacking midfielder, who joined Manchester United from Monaco in 2019 for a reported €10million [£8.6m], has made just three senior appearances for the Premier League side.
He did, however, impress during a productive loan spell at Championship side Birmingham City last season.

Mejbri made a total of 41 appearances in all competitions for the Blues, notching a goal and six assists in that time.
Now, it appears his future is up in the air after returning to United.
Erik ten Hag has already made a statement with the sale of academy product Zidane Iqbal, who will join Dutch side FC Utrecht for a reported €1million [£855,000].

And Mejbri is said to be attracting interest from a number of clubs, including Bundesliga outfit Borussia Dortmund.
In fact, Dortmund are willing to pay a fee in the region of €15million [£12.9 million] for the Tunisia international, according to the Manchester Evening News – a fee that would include performance-related add-ons.
The report suggests United will give Mejbri an opportunity to impress during their pre-season tour. That being said, they could 'entertain' offers if they decide he isn't ready for first-team action.

Whether United would allow the playmaker to leave on a permanent basis is unknown, but many fans agree that the club should include a buy-back clause if they do decide to sell up.
Here's how supporters reacted on social media after the Dortmund news emerged.
One said: "Buy-back clause should be included," while another wrote: "Would be wise to sell him with a buy back option."
A third commented: "This one I can understand, IF and ONLY IF, United had a competent negotiating team and applied a buy back clause after a three season stint for a decent amount. He’s another young talent with a lot of quality there that can be untapped at Dortmund."

A fourth added: "BVB gotta up that by another 10M & Utd gotta put a buy-back option on it. Then it's calm."
