Jurgen Klopp and the Liverpool ownership will “go all in” to sign Borussia Dortmund midfielder Jude Bellingham, according to reports.

The 19-year-old is one of Europe’s hottest properties, after becoming the central cog in the Bundesliga outfit’s midfield this season.

The continent’s biggest clubs are all thought to be vying for the England international’s signature, including Real Madrid, Manchester City and Chelsea.

However, long-standing admirers Liverpool are now determined to lure Bellingham to Anfield after Klopp insisted he would super a big-money move for the youngster, according to Bild.

Fenway Sports Group, the parent group company that owns the Reds, has allegedly set aside around £86million to bring in the player.

However, Dortmund are said to have set a fee of £130million for Bellingham, given the midfielder’s contract runs until 2025.

Eight months shy of his 20th birthday, the former-Birmingham City man has already earned 17 England caps and is likely to be a key part of Gareth Southgate’s plans heading into the World Cup.

Meanwhile, the youngster’s Champions League performances this term have sparked praise of the footballing world.

Legendary Manchester United centre-back Rio Ferdinand insisted that Bellingham is playing at a higher level at 19 than the game’s greatest midfielders were at the same age.

Speaking on BT Sport in September Ferdinand said: “What he’s doing in his position at his age, we haven’t seen.

“The best of our generation – (Steven) Gerrard, (Frank) Lampard, (Paul) Scholes, them guys… (Patrick) Vieira, (Roy) Keane, they weren’t doing this.

“He still has to go on and prove it over a long period of time but they were not doing what he is doing right now.

“Influencing games at this level, captaining a team at this level, he is the full package.

“Mentally, this kid’s a beast, no doubts about him.”
