Lisandro Martinez's Insane Trick Shot Genuinely Needs Explaining, We've Never Seen Anything Like It

Manchester United bound Lisandro Martínez is responsible for one of the greatest trick shots - it still needs explaining.

The Red Devils are on the verge of completing the signing of Martinez after agreeing a £45 million deal with Ajax.

The defender is set to follow Erik ten Hag to Old Trafford, having impressed during his time in the Netherlands.

Man United have got their hands on an assured and competent centre-back, who exudes flair. Well, that's judging by his insane training ground trick shot.

A video of Martinez performing a trick shot at Ajax has resurfaced online ahead of his proposed transfer to Man United.

The clip shows the Argentinean putting the ball into the back of the net from behind the goal-line after pulling off an outrageous flick and turn.

He casually walks away from the scene like he's done it a hundred times. Serious technique.

Once Martinez's move to Man United is sealed, he'll become Ten Hag's third signing of the summer following the additions of Tyrell Malacia and Christian Eriksen.

Martinez, 24, will bolster Ten Hag's defensive options ahead of the new season.

Man United will be hoping the player can tighten up the defence having conceded a whopping 57 goals in the Premier League last season.

Ten Hag, meanwhile, remains in the market for new talent, with the club still pursuing a deal for Barcelona's Frenkie de Jong
