Jose Sa accused of having 'pathetic mentality' after pre-match Kevin De Bruyne interaction

Jose Sa has been accused of having a 'pathetic mentality' following his pre-match interaction with Kevin De Bruyne ahead of Wolves' crushing defeat to Manchester City.

Wolves suffered a 3-0 defeat to Man City at Molineux on Saturday, with Jack Grealish opening the scoring in the first minute.

Erling Haaland doubled his side's lead 15 minutes later as he continued his sensational goal-scoring run.

Phil Foden bagged his team's third goal in the second-half.

It's another home defeat to Man City, having succumbed to Pep Guardiola's charges last season - losing 5-1.

De Bruyne scored an incredible FOUR goals that night, with Sa appearing to gesture to the Belgium midfielder before kick-off.

It looked like the Portuguese keeper gestured to De Bruyne to take it easy following his four-goal in the fixture last season.

Sa's moment with De Bruyne has not been received well on social media.

One Twitter user joked: "Don’t let Roy Keane see this."

A second wrote: "Urgh. Shocking that."

A third added: "Lost before they even started."

Another commented: "Goodness this is pathetic!!!"

Wolves' defeat leaves them two places above the relegation zone while Man City sit at the top of the league (at the time of writing).
