Fans are impressed with how much Jake Paul has improved after a video emerged online showing his boxing skills from 2018 and 2022.

YouTuber turned boxer Paul is gearing up for his much-anticipated bout with Tommy Fury, which will take place in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia next weekend.

Ahead of the fight, a video has emerged showing Paul’s boxing technique in 2018 and 2022, fans have been left impressed by his improvement. You can watch the video below.

One said: “He’s not for me, but you can’t deny the work he’s put in.”

Another commented: “Don’t like the guy but he actually has improved.”

A third fan added: “Jake is for real. People need to learn that now. He wasn’t a fighter, now he is, it can happen.”

However, some eagle-eyed fans have picked out an obvious tell sign which might put him at a disadvantage against Fury.

One person wrote: “He has a tell. Moves jerks his foot forward before a strike.”

Another agreed: “You know when he’s going to punch when his front foot moves. If he does that in a fight against a boxer he’ll get embarrassed.”

A third said: “Blatantly obvious with his stamp when jabbing. Defo find flaws in him, has one-punch power but timing beats speed and precision beats power ALL DAY.”

Ahead of next weekend’s fight, Paul’s coach BJ Flores has claimed that the American punches harder and has a higher boxing IQ than Fury.

Flores said to Sky Sports: “Tommy's got some really good attributes. He's got hand speed and he's been around the boxing ring for a long time, but I feel like he's in with just a better athlete.

“Jake punches harder, he's smarter, has a higher boxing IQ and I feel like he does a lot of things that will give Tommy a lot of problems.”

Who do you think will come out on top between Paul and Fury? Let us know in the comments.
