Internet sensation and social media star Hasbulla Magomedov has appeared to reveal his favourite Premier League team after posing with a shirt.

Back in 2020, Hasbulla rose to fame during the COVID-19 pandemic after his TikTok videos went viral, he has since racked up more than 8 million followers on Instagram.

The Russian is often associated with the world of UFC after his video reenacting a weigh-in of UFC champion Khabib Nurmagomedov went viral.

Now, it seems that Hasbulla has confirmed he is a Liverpool fan after a picture of him posing with his own Reds shirt was posted on Instagram by Liverpool women’s midfielder Missy Bo Kearns.

The 20-year-old was seen sat on his sofa holding a shirt that had ‘Hasbu 7’ on the back, with a caption that read: “@hasbulla.hushetskiy is a red.”

Last year, Hasbulla made headlines after he appeared to criticise Portugal legend and five time Ballon d’Or winner Cristiano Ronaldo.

He said: “I could not care less about Ronaldo. I am more famous than him. The only thing he does in a match is pass around the ball.”

Hasbulla has now joined the list of famous faces who are Liverpool fans.

Hollywood stars Samuel L. Jackson and Daniel Craig have previously claimed they are fans of the Anfield club. Whilst NBA superstar LeBron James is also a fan plus an investor of the club.

Singer Dua Lipa has become a self-appointed honorary supporter after her performance at the Champions League final.

She said: “I'm an honorary Liverpool supporter. My dad and brother support Arsenal so I'd be getting in a lot of trouble if I said I just support Liverpool. But I love Liverpool - its always got a special place in my hear.”

For Liverpool fans across the world, they will be hoping the 23/24 season will be more enjoyable than the 22/23 campaign.

Jurgen Klopp’s men finished in fifth place and as a result, will have to settle for the Europa League instead of the Champions League.
