EA FC player discovers 'hack' to score directly from kick-off every time

One EA FC24 player has already discovered a 'hack' to score directly from kick-off every time, and it may be the cause of a few damaged controllers.

Each year, gamers battle it out across a variety of Ultimate Team modes, including draft, Division Rivals and Champions.

Gaining a slight advantage over your rivals, therefore, is key - meaning the early days of playing the game involves finding those little hacks and best tactics to beat your opponent.

And the latest 'hack' will help you score directly from Twitter user @SAF_Tactician will help you score directly from kick-off. You can watch footage of the goal below.

Here's how it works:

After taking kick-off, you should click L1/LB to send the striker on a run. You must then play a one-two with a midfielder before playing a first time over the top through ball to the striker.

While it is often seen as a rather unsportsmanlike way to score, players across the world will be no doubt attempting the sneaky hack as they look to climb up the Ultimate Team rankings.

Reacting to the video on Twitter, fans admitted they had already been victim to the hack, with one disheartened player tweeting: "I’m 0-4 against it. They score every time."

"Someone did this to me the Friday ultimate edition came out," another added.

However, other gamers have found ways around the kick-off technique, explaining that you must switch player order to defend it.

"Easy to defend it. Switch to a cb and drag the player back," a third explained.

"Rattish when people do this, love how easy it is to defend and take possession straight back, cheeeeeeers!" a fourth wrote.

"Easy to defend. This terrible kickoff only works with guys who is distracted or not full concentrated. You only must change your stick to CB’s," a fifth remarked.

"Okay…kick off works again. Brilliant. Can we stop spreading it everywhere now? Thank you," another joked.
