WATCH: Ball Boy Falls On His Arse In Bizarre New FIFA 17 Footage

For all the advancements in technology that supposedly benefit every new generation of video games, glitches still seem unavoidable. Sometimes they're the most infuriating thing in the world, other times they provide some much needed entertainment during periods where controllers would otherwise be launched through windows.

In FIFA 17, it would appear that glitches even affect the almost unseen ball boys. At least we think the clip below is a glitch. If not, EA Sports have provided us with the most terrific piece of covert gaming evolution in the history of games consoles.

After Mesut Ozil scores during a game against Everton, the camera pans round and, among the scene of the Goodison Park crowd in the background, an unfortunate ball boy can be seen falling arse first over the advertising hoardings.

Whether it is indeed a glitch or it's deliberate, the footage proves that people falling on their arse will always be funny.
