Chelsea might have one of the best teams in the world and one of the best youth academies too but the two rarely mesh. Whilst the youngsters wait for that to happen they at least get to play FIFA 18 together.
The Blues have won the FA Youth Cup the last four times and five of the last six, losing in the final of the only one they lost, but their youth products don't often make the breakthrough.
The Stamford Bridge side have often been criticised for their policy of just buying rather than trusting the likes of Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Nathaniel Chalobah, who is now at Watford.
What's more is the club has had its detractors for sending so many players out on loan, being accused of stockpiling the best talent just so others can't have them.

However that doesn't seem to bother the players themselves.
One of Chelsea's youngsters, Trevoh Chalobah, brother of Nathaniel, posted the team on his Instagram story, tagging two loanees, Tammy Abraham and Josimar Quintero:
If you are looking to have a match with the lads then you'll have to be on PS4 as that's where the Chelsea Loan FC reside.
