Some very nice additions.

For the majority of domestic leagues, particularly in Europe seasons are coming to an end but that hasn't stopped EA Sports releasing a new batch of Ultimate Team cards.

Normally we get the mid-season winter upgrades and now those involved with EA have provided us with several new players who have yet to appear on FIFA 17.

Some clever clogs even managed to somehow bring Ronaldinho into FIFA 17:

And there's some pretty fine additions to this year's game.

Nicklas Bendtner, who recently transferred to Rosenborg in Norway after leaving Nottingham Forest, is back on FIFA with a 73 rated silver card. There's no denying that FIFA fans will have a lot of fun playing with the Dane again.

Elsewhere, Moroccan winger Oussama Assaidi, formerly of Stoke and Liverpool, and now playing with FC Twente back in Holland, is included in the new batch. His 75 rated card boasts 86 pace, 83 dribbling and most importantly, five star skills. Get ready to do some bits.

Sticking with Morocco, Adel Taarabt, a real fans favourite on the game over the years, returns - though this his downward spiral has led to him having a rather underwhelming 70 rated silver card. Now at Genoa, Taarabt has four star skills as opposed to the deadly five that produced so much magic for FIFA players back in the day.

Former Premier League strikers Emmanuel Adebayor and Demba Ba, both currently plying their trade in Turkey, are also part of the latest update.

If you were hoping that three of the most talented youngsters in world football would make their debuts in FIFA Ultimate Team, then you will have got your wish - that's if you were eagerly anticipating the inclusion of Ajax starlet Justin Kluivert, son of Arsenal, Inter and Barcelona star Patrick, Borussia Dortmund's Alexander Isaak, as well as AC Milan prodigy Manuel Locatelli.

Moreover, Inter Milan striker Gabriel Barbosa, former Liverpool man Ryan Babel, and ex Sunderland and West Brom forward Stephane Sessegnon are some of the high-profile names to be drafted into the game.

Lastly, right-back Jose Luis Gomez, who possesses 92 pace, might be worth a punt if you desire for a pacey player on the right side of your backline.
