Patrice Evra has provided us all with another video on his Instagram, though this one is slightly different to his normal activity.

The Frenchman took time out from posting videos of him spreading his positive energy, and belting out a wide range of tunes from DJ Khaled's 'I'm The One' to Marvin Gaye's 'Sexual Healing' to give his old side Juventus a brilliant message as they gear up for the Champions League final against Real Madrid on Saturday.

Max Allegri's side can complete a memorable treble should they overcome Zinedine Zidane and Los Blancos on Saturday, and Evra, sitting in his dressing gown, felt the need to give his former employers a rousing pep talk on what they need to do to get the job done and lift the most precious prize in club football.

If you don't speak Italian, you'll likely have no idea what Evra is waffling but seeing him so animated and passionate about wanting his ex-teammates to do the business, is utterly brilliant.

He's clearly doing his best to drum instructions into the heads of the likes of Paulo Dybala, Mario Mandzukic, Leonardo Bonucci, Gonzalo Higuain and Dani Alves ahead of the big game - showing that he still very much takes an interest into the club he spent two and a half years at.

Goal have translated the full rallying cry delivered by the 36-year old:

"A little boost before the big match. I want you all at your best. I really wish for you to win this Champions League. I will love you forever.

Captain, are we there or not? Gigone! Dio santo, dio santo, dio! Max, calm down, calm down. Gonzalo will put it away.

"Paolo, I want the mask! I don't know where you put it. But don't annoy me! Score a goal, score a goal like you do. Mandzukic, don't eat anything for a week before the game. No good, no good, terrible for a warrior. Bonu, I don't know if you've cleaned your face and your teeth. I want you like a soldier like always.

"Dani, gioca bonita, gioca bonita. Alex, I want you like a train. Back and forward, back and forward, like I do it. Chiellini, I want a gorilla. Nothing passes.

"And after, guys, don't make me cry, please. I know, I know, Sami!"

Judging by his talk there, Juventus could probably do with Evra on the touchline for the crunch clash on Saturday evening.

However, the Marseille man will have his hands tied as he is playing in Michael Carrick's testimonial at Old Trafford a day later.

Carrick has been rewarded with a testimonial after 11 years of service at Manchester United, and a number of his former teammates will take to the pitch at Old Trafford.

The 35-year-old has chosen a United XI from 2008, while the other team are named the 'All Stars'.

As well as Evra, Edwin van der Sar, Gary Neville, Rio Ferdinand, Nemanja Vidic, Louis Saha and Paul Scholes are appearing in Carrick's team, while Frank Lampard, Steven Gerrard, Eric Abidal and Michael Owen line-up for the opposition.

Here is the line up in full:

It promises to be a cracker!
