Oh sure Michy Batshuayi scored the first Premier League goal of his career but does that really matter when you've just taken the title of King of Social Media, in the Premier League anyway...

Batshuayi is a new signing at Stamford Bridge this summer after the Blues beat off competition from West Ham to secure the Belgian's signature. He hasn't been able to displace Diego Costa and start just yet but he has laid on an assist and scored a goal coming off the bench in his opening first two games.

After his header set up Costa for a winner against West Ham last week Batshuayi was very honest about his usual ability to head the ball when he responded to a fan on Twitter who was impressed with his goal:

Although it was actually a very different tweet about the goal that beat the Hammers that caught most people's attention:

And yesterday the 22 year old former Marseille frontman came off the bench to score an 80th minute equaliser, before Costa scored the winner seven minutes later, and his first thought was to make sure the fan hadn't got too carried away after the goal:

We think the £30 million signing is going to do just great in England. And on the pitch.
