Thomas Tuchel has balls, we all knew that, but I really thought that Adrien Rabiot would feature this evening. Strongest indication yet that the capricious Frenchman has stropped one too many times. Club comes first, so it is a strong call, but the right one  #PSG https://t.co/rbE6nHSDRP

Rabiot's contract will expire in the summer and there has been a lot of talk around where he will go. The club have wanted to keep him but he has so far refused to sign a new deal.
According to SPORT, PSG president Nasser Al Khelaifi was due to meet the player and his agent later this week to make a decision on his future but director of football Antero Henrique had previously spoken about selling the 23 year old in January to get a transfer fee from him leaving.
Liverpool, Spurs and Barcelona have all been linked with a move for the midfielder.

It is not the first time the Frenchman has had an issue with a manager. Ahead of the World Cup last summer he refused to be on the standby list for Didier Deschamps side for the tournament in Russia.
PSG need to win tonight in Paris as a win for Liverpool and Napoli, who play Red Star Belgrade, would see them knocked out of the Champions League in the Group Stages.
A win would put them a win over Red Star on Matchday Six away from getting into the knockout stages after Christmas.
The loss of Rabiot is a lift to Liverpool and a blow to PSG for sure.
